1. Order Processing Time

Production time: 2–7 business days before shipping.

Weekends/holidays are not business days.

Peak seasons may extend timelines.


2. Shipping Rates

Calculated at checkout based on location, weight, and carrier.

Promotions may include free or discounted shipping.


3. U.S. Shipping Estimates

Standard shipping: 3–8 business days after production.

Carrier delays and holidays may affect delivery.


4. International Shipping (if enabled)

Transit time: 7–21 business days after production.

Customer is responsible for customs duties, VAT, or import fees.


5. Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed once the order ships.

Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update.


6. Multiple Shipments

If an order includes items from different fulfillment centers, items may arrive separately.


7. Wrong Address Provided

Email danny@go2skl.com immediately if the address is incorrect.

If the order has shipped, we cannot change the address.

Returned packages can be reshipped at customer expense.


8. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for:

• Carrier delays

• Packages marked “delivered” but not located

• Lost or stolen items after delivery

If an order is missing, contact the carrier first. Then email us with tracking and order info.


9. Pre-Orders / Special Drops

Pre-order timelines will be listed on product pages and may extend processing times.
